My goals that I would gradually like to achieve are to stop procrastinating all of my work and to not let my anxiety take over when stressed. I struggle with always putting off my work to the last minute because I believe I can get it done no matter how much time I have to work on it, and then when the time comes to working on it, I'm so stressed and can't believe I didn't work on the assignment earlier. This is then what spikes my anxiety and how I believe ill never be able to finish the assignment on time. I feel like this can be resolved by trying to start assignments earlier. Obviously this is easier said than done but the way I would try to approach this goal is to when I receive a project that is due later than the day after it is assigned that I will work on it before the night before it is due. I will split up the work to make it manageable and this will help keep my anxiety under control.
